Our Story
It's rare for someone to say "When I grow up I want to create/sell amazing tasting hot sauce!" While that was not the case for us as kids, our families have always had a passion for growing fresh ingredients that would often times go into sauces we grew up eating. Years later while gardening in Spring, we planted a variety of peppers, produce and herbs that sparked the idea to start experimenting with them in the kitchen. After trial and error of finding the perfect balance between flavor and heat, the constant demand for more hot sauce from family and friends had us thinking about the future, but something was lurking in the shadow of the garden....
Jack’s Pepper Heist was born after Jack—the family’s adorable, cuddly, yet mischievous Labrador—was caught stealing peppers straight from the garden. His love for pepper heists perfectly mirrored our own passion for creating sauces made with real, fresh ingredients, many inspired by what we grow ourselves.
While Jack chases his dream of becoming the ultimate puppy-pepper thief, our mission is to deliver bold, flavor-forward sauces inspired by our Ecuadorian and Argentine heritage—crafted to spark curiosity and excite the adventurous palates of food lovers and hot sauce enthusiasts alike.
